Worship/Spiritual Life Committee - Prepares the various liturgical celebrations. Meets on the 3rd Wednesday, at 4:30 p.m.
Art and Environment Committee Member - Help with seasonal and monthly liturgical decorating of the church environment. Artist, seamstress, or flower arranger are needed. Assist in design, setup and take down of decorations and/or care of flowers or plants in the Worship space.
Cross Bearer (Boys and Girls – 1st Grade through Adults) - This is an opportunity for youth first grade and older to lead the procession and recession by carrying the cross. Training is directed by the priest at a schedule Mass.
Altar Server (Boys and Girls – 3rd Grade through Adults) - Serves at the Lord’s Altar for weekend and Holy Day Masses. A great way to be involved and to learn more about the Liturgy. Training is directed by the priest at a scheduled Mass. Guidelines Training Video
Sacristan – (Adults) - Arrives at Church early and prepares the necessary liturgical appointments. Training is required. Guidelines
Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion (9th grade Confirmed through adults) - Assists in the distribution of Holy Communion with reverence and dignity during weekend and Holy Day Masses. Must be confirmed and an active parishioner who has a deep love of our Eucharistic Lord and receives Holy Communion. Training is required. Guidelines
Eucharistic Minister to the Sick , Homebound and Hospitalized - Takes Holy Communion to the homebound, nursing home residents and/or hospital patients. Training is required.
Lector (6th Grade through Adults) - Proclaims the Word of God at weekend and Holy Day Masses Masses. Must be an active parishioner with a deep appreciation of God’s Word. Training is required. Guidelines
Usher – (9th grade Confirmed through Adults) - Welcome and greet all who come to weekend and Holy Day Masses. You may be the only contact many parishioners have with our faith community. You will assist in taking up the collection; distributing bulletins; and assisting with emergencies that may happen before, during and after Mass. Training is required. Guidelines
Gift Bearers - Your family represents the Church family by bringing our offerings to the Altar during weekend and Holy Day Masses.
Music Ministry - There are opportunities with our music ministry at each weekend and Holy Day Mass. All instrumentalists and singers are welcome.
Cleaning Altar Linens - Launder all Altar linens, albs, corporals and purificators. This is a monthly rotation.
Seamstress - Help to mend or to make altar linens, corporals, purificators and other church items.
